Breach of Court Orders
When there is suspicion that a Child Arrangements Order (Child Contact Order) is being breached, The Grey Eye Group can assist with gathering that all important evidence.
We can covertly monitor the child in question, recording all locations visited and associations made to identify any breaches of conditions set in the order. An in-depth report of our findings, including still imagery, will be provided upon completion of work. This document is fully admissible in a family or criminal court.

Evidence of co-habitation will also support divorce proceedings where this is a factor for grounds of divorce and requires proof.
